My Boss. My Mentor. My Friend.

Traci has been my boss for the past year and a half, and I can honestly say she's the best boss/mentor/friend I could ever ask for.  The conversations we have are always leaving me thinking and her advice is always leading me down the right path.  She pushes me when I need to be pushed and gives me a hug when I'm having a bad day.  She's always there, whether I need to talk, or just sit in her office so I can "get away" from whatever is "driving me crazy".  She's beautiful, positive, smart, witty and fun...but most importantly she's family.  Here's a few "pieces of advice" from Traci herself:

"Be yourself...'cuz nobody will equal you...even though they will try."

"Never fear the loss of people (friends, family, etc.) or things...The creator is the best knower and not everyone can make the journey that the Creator has put you on or called you to."

"Sometimes you have to lose "yourself" in order to find your real "self."

"You have to "see" before you can "do"...without a vision you will perish." 

Thank you for everything you do Traci, not only for me, but for others.  You are amazing!
